It's not a secret, Dieu du Ciel ! is one of my favorite brewery. I love their pub on Laurier, the have a vast selection of beers which changes every month or so and some yummy nachos.
(FYI : They have two pubs : one at 29 laurier, Mtl and 259 Villemure, St-Jérôme.)
The Rosée d'Hibiscus is a strong wheat beer brewed with spices and hibiscus flowers (5,9%)
This beer as a fresh floral crisp scent. It's a light, easy beer to drink with basically no after taste . It’s perfect when you just want to drink a light and refreshing beer.
(yeah, I'm aware it's not a ''proper'' beer glass, oops!)
Overall, it's light, fresh and pink! What's not to like? Nothing ! That's why we likey.
